Introduction to course

The main purpose of this course is to develop an understanding about the theoratical knowledge based on organizational behaviour and apply theory to application. 

Research and analyze aspects of organizational behaviour, study of past corporate frauds and development of overall model of corporate governance to avoid these frauds in future. The other purpose of this course includes the understanding of corporate culture of Pakistan and application of theory in the scenario of corporate culture of Pakistan.
