Upon successful completion of the course students will be expected to: 1-Analyze major leasing Concepts, 2- Demonstrate knowledge of the lease covenants, warranties and representations; statutory provisions and overlay; space measurement 3-Demonstrate knowledge of the basics of risk and return for valuation, 4- Recognize and understand the principles underlying Islamic Leasing Modes, 5- Recognize and understand the principles underlying Conventional and Islamic Insurance Concepts
