Leadership in general and military and police

leadership more specifically has often been the subject of discussion, as armed forces of the world try to adapt their present and future officers to manage the specific demands that the military leaders will be subjected to. In an educational setting, military leadership has often been considered to be one of the determining factors of how well the military leader will perform later on in the battlefield and the nature of the military leadership, to assume responsibility over life and death, makes the officer dependant on education concerning ethics and life experience. To theorise military leadership is a way to improve an already functional leadership and make it better. No doubt, military leadership can be a topic of controversy as theorists present their different scientific views on the matter.
