Constitutional law is that fundamental law of any state. It controls and determines the limits of organs of the state. As such it plays significants role in any country. To learn and understand worlds politics along with its legal system the study of important constitutions like constitutions of USA and UK is paramount. The course enables the students to learn fundamental law of certain countries and to make a sound comparison between them.
