BSFA - Painting (Major)-V

Description

This course is based on the study of a variety of painting media including oil painting, acrylic, and mix media. Students develop their ideas, concepts, and articulate them through their visuals. The focus is to synthesize expression and emotions in two-dimensional visuals. The elements of 2D language i.e. shapes, lines, colours, tones, textures and spacing—are used to produce sensation and the illusion of volume, space, movement, depth, light, and shade on a flat surface.
