EDUC-6409: Human Development and Learning (Foundation)                                                                                                                              

This course covers the major theoretical and methodological approaches in the study of human development and learning.. the course mainly focuses on definng,  discussing and explaining the Basic concepts in human development, growth and learning, Process of human development and its classroom application and understanding various aspects and stages of human development. 

Course Objectivs: 

 the students will be able to 

  • Define and Discuss  the concept of growth and development 
  • Differentiate between growth and development 
  • comprehend the theories of growth and development 
  • understand the role of teacher in development of individual 
  • Define and comprehend the physical, cognitrive, psychological and social development 
  • understand and discuss the concept of language development and its implications in classrooms
