Introduction to the course:

Every student will be requiring conducting research on a carefully select topic under the guidance of his/her teacher and submitting a research report at the end of the semester. The written report will be reviewed and evaluated by an external examiner.

On completion of this subject, students should be able to:

  • Carry out a substantial research-based project

  • Analyze data and synthesize research findings

Sessional: 20 (Attendance 05, Presentation 05, Class Participation 05, Assignment 05)

Rules and Regulations

  • 80 % class attendance is mandatory. 
  • Assignments would not be accepted after the due date.
  • The originality of work would be ensured in case of assignments.
  • In group presentations, group members have to divide the sub-topics in consultation with the teacher.

  2. At least two assignments would be given to the students during the semester.
  3. Presentations would be arranged in a group form.
  4. Surprise quiz would be a regular activity.
