Pakistan Studies is a multidisciplinary subject therefore it is designed to enable the students not only to understand the factors leading to the creation of Pakistan but also to highlight certain aspects regarding its ideology, culture, geography, economy, institutions, political and constitutional developments in the regional and international affairs.

Learning Outcomes

The curriculum and lessons have been developed with the ambitions to inculcate the stunning aspects, the socio-economic and religio-political factors which infact played a vital role in craeting the Muslim state and shaping the prsent day Pakistan, among the students a better understanding of Pakistan and its influence on the evolution and progress of the society, so that they may acquire a proper perspective of thoughts and actions taken in the past. This approach will furnish the upcoming generation with knowledge and skill to promote a sense of patriotism and to develop universal human values in society.
