This course is in continuation of Evidence-I. It aims at to provide learners a detailed knowledge and skill of rules of evidence in order to further enhance the acquaintances regarding rules and methods applied by the parties after completion of study. This course is helpful to all fields of practice whether civil or criminal as to find truth like truth engine.The course will enable the law graduates to successfully shifting out the truth out of controversial view points raised by the parties.

Upon completion of the Course student should be able to:

  • Critically analyze and evaluate the process of proving facts within the courts of Pakistan.
  • Apply evidence rules in a principled and critical manner as appropriate in Lower and Superior courts.
