This couse highlights all aspects needed for managing a class or a school.It also includes historical background of educational administration and supervision.Understand the terms administration , supervision, organization and managment.Apply different tool and techniques of administrating and supervising. understand and perform various functions of managment review and evaluate the specific organizational conditions to understand, characterize and exercise in effective leadership traits and behaviors.


Learning Outcomes:

 At the end of this course, the students will be able to:

⮚        what is administration and its role in educational institutes.

⮚       Define school organization, its principle and elements.

⮚       Defferentiate the terms supervision and inspection, their importance and trends of supervision.

⮚       Explore different types of administrations.

⮚       What is decision making, decision making process and its importance in an educational institutions.

⮚       what is school organization and what type of interpsonal relationship are involved in it.

⮚       Students should be able to know organizational structure of education system in Pakistan at different levels like federal, provincial and district levels.

⮚       The role of schools in community and vice versa.

⮚       Role of head teacher in an educational institute and his interaction with his colleagues, staff, students and community.

⮚       Identify the barriers and issues in managment of our educational system and how to handle them.
