This subject concentrates on the nature of the human rights. It guide the students to go through various concept regarding human rights. According to historical trdition, global norms and the UN declaration human rights has emerged as a leading discourse after World war-II and with the emeregence of United Nations especially in phases is given to the isuue of human rights.
This is more important in a country like pakistan where constitutional hinderence more often than not cause human rights violations.

SEMESTER ASSIGNMENTS
Students are required to produce a research assignment of 3000-4000 words on a topic related with this course by the end of this semester. Assignments should be submitted before the start of final term/terminal exams.
