Introduction to Course:

This course introduces the business students with corporate and advanced level accounting problems, such as corporate capital structure, different types of advance issues regarding shares and bonds, How the Finanical statements are prepared in confirmity with corporate law of land and how these statements are analyzed.  Furthermore this course also equip the students with reasonable level of auditing knowledge. 

Course Objectives:

The main objective of the course is to give students advance knowledge regarding corporate accounting and auditing procedures. This course is built upon the Financial Accounting Course in the sense that it provides advanced treatment of basic techniques learned in the first course of Financial Accounting. It mainly focuses upon the company accounts and their understanding in the context of the IAS and companies Act 2017.
