DESCRIPTION & OBJECTIVES
The objectives of these course contents are to introduce the psychological/cognitive aspects of personality, the managerial aspects of personality, to develop an understanding of communication skills of different types, and to clench personal and team forces at work. By the end of the semester, the students will be able to learn about personality, its determinants, its components, and the forces that really affect the personality of an individual and organizational behavior. This course explicitly relates to the ground realities of life where a professional needs to develop his personality to survive and bring innovation and change in society

RESEARCH PROJECT
Students will be assigned topics in the class from the contents and will present their topics before the class.
Male students will present a play on a lesson on positive habits and personality traits.
