Introduction to Course

This course intends to enlighten the students for the food requirement for
sportsmen, before, during and after the competition

Course Prerequisites

None

Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of this course the students will be able to
understand the ergogenic aids and muscular performance. Students will be
taught about the weight control strategies and are provided with the indepth study of Carbohydrates, Lipids, Proteins, Hormones and Enzymes
during exercise.
