Learning Objectives; 

1. Students must be able to comprehensively understand history of Western and Islamic contact in order to pinpoint Modern World scenarios of both Civilisations. Students must learn how modern tools if information i.e media, played its prominent role in the process of distortion of Islamic Ideologies.

2. A comparative understanding of biographical writings of different scholarly writers

Mid term exam/term paper: 30 marks

Sessional: (5 for class assignments+5 for attendance+ 5 for  presentation+ 5 for class participation+) 20 marks
