Introduction to course     

The main objective of this course is to acquaint students with the basic techniques of statistical methods with strong emphasis on its application to chemistry.This course will introduce the basic principles of statistics in chemistry. Learning Outcomes

On the successful completion of the course students will be able to:

  • A broad knowledge of Statistics analysis relevant for analysing chemical  data by using different softwares (SPSS, Minitab)
  • Interpretation and critical evaluation of the outcomes of empirical analysis
  • Theoretical background for the standard methods used in empirical analyses.
